Active Seniors

What It Entails

The Active Seniors class is designed to help seniors and older adults maintain their cardiovascular health, strength and flexibility. The participants move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength and range of motion. The class is low impact and the tempo is slower than a regular aerobics class but the workout is still as effective and invigorating.
