What It Entails

Boxercise is a full body, high impact workout. It has elements of strength, cardio, core, and boxing of course.  Participants rotate between various stations that include a round of boxing with the instructor.


  • Monday: 7:30pm-8:30pm
  • Wednesday: 6:30pm-7:30pm
  • Thursday: 12:15pm-1:15pm
  • Saturday: 10:30am-11:30am
