Super Circuit

What It Entails

Super Circuit is an efficient and challenging form of training. It develops strength, endurance, and flexibility. It is ideal for athletes or for general fitness. It’s a circuit class where participants rotate between 12- 20 different stations, with a specific amount of time designated for each station.  It’s a fast paced workout guaranteed to burn calories and improve your general fitness level.
